The only cost required is the annual support fee which is a set fee of £49.99. This fee will cover your hosting, domain and support fees and is required every 12 months until you cancel your contract with us. The package price includes (12 months hosting, domain name and support if required).

A : Adding a vehicle to your Stocklist is a very simple process and doesn’t require additional plugins. The process is divided into 3 stages ( information > specification > photos ) it is possible to add a vehicle with very basic information within a minute.

A : We allow upto 6 photos per vehicle, there is a multiple photo upload option and the ability to add vehicles without uploading a photo. There are 2 display options which can be defined to each vehicle either Full-sized or Thumbnail view. For every photo that is uploaded a thumbnail will be generated.

Please remember to adjust your digital camera settings to a lower resolution we recommend 1024x768. Our compression rate is 90% which gives a more clear image quality of 640x480.

A: The latest Dealer Package is very dynamic when it comes to modification, for dealers looking to change the colours or font type there is an option to do this under the settings tab within the control panel.  We can apply custom headers or logos if required. There is also the ability to use HTML code within the business profile and services section for those dealers looking to add more style to each page.

It is possible for us to create a custom build for your site for a negotiated price for dealers looking for a 100% custom appearance. Please let us know if you would be interested in this option on your registration form.

A : For every package added to our network we will verify it with Google using a META verification process. We have implemented dynamic META TAG technology which allows each dealer to update each domain Keywords and Description under the Domain settings for each domain.

To improve your page rank you will need to advertise your website on other sites please ensure that all links are displayed in this format (www.cardealer.com) rather than (click here). The Google ROBOT will follow and read the main index for all URL’s and Links to other sites on your page. To disable this function please refer to the domain settings.

A : Yes , each unique domain has a live statistics function which will record each individual hit that your domain receives, please refer to the domains tab within the control panel. If you need to reset this counter please enter 0 and then press save.

If you need a more detailed report on your visitors then please let us know and we can arrange a more detailed report if required.

A : If you require support for your package we are available through email or telephone 7 days a week. All non urgent queries will be answered through email within 3 days. All vehicle and business information is backed up on a daily basis , we can arrange FTP access to dealers looking to backup vehicle photos.

If your package has been offline for longer than 7 days then we will refund a % of your support hosting fee. There is no minimum contract with our packages just a 7 day notification period which must be in written or email format.
