The Stocklist Manager Website and Services has been made available to you subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. By accessing this website you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions of use. Stocklist Manager Dealer Packages are online products designed for the sole purpose of vehicle advertisement’s and business promotion only for vehicle dealers across the UK Ireland and Europe. Stocklist Manager is not responsible for the accuracy of each vehicle advertised through our dealer network and advises customers to check with the seller before purchasing the vehicle.

The Dealer Package cannot be downloaded, modified or re-distributed and is not for re-sale. All custom changes can be requested through the correct procedure, this does not include custom headers and logos which can be made available in JPG or GIF format at the request of the customer.

Dealers advertising stolen or un-authorised vehicles or services through our network will have there contract terminated and possibly reported to the authorities. Dealers must include a valid disclaimer on each vehicle advertisement and ensure that there vehicle specifications are accurate.

Stocklist Manager will back up all Vehicle and Business Information on a daily basis at 06:00 Monday to Sunday. Stocklist Manager is not liable for the loss of vehicle data or photos in most circumstances we will do our best to restore or investigate any issues regarding data loss or data corruption.

Stocklist Manager does not hold or store any Financial or Personal details and will not share any current data with 3rd party suppliers without written consent from each dealer.

Stocklist Manager has the legal right to make changes to all parts of the network including live dealer packages and the control panel at any time if required. Packages that have been offline for longer than 7 days are entitled to a refund depending on the network status. Full Package refunds can only be given if the dealer is un-satisfied with the service or product within 7 days from the package sale.

Stocklist Manager guarantees a server uptime of 99.98% and will acknowledge all support requests within 48 hours of notification through email or telephone.

The Support Renewal fee will be requested through email and SMS notification 14 days before the expiration period and a final reminder 3 days before. If payment is not received your package status will become overdue and your domain name will not be renewed. Stocklist Manager is not responsible for the renewal or hosting if the payment is not settled. If no response is given after 30 days your account will be disabled. The current fixed fee is £49.99 per year for all standard network dealers.

If In extreme circumstances the Stocklist Manager Network is offline for longer than 7 days a partial refund of the support renewal fee will be refunded, this will be calculated on the number of days since you last made a support payment to us.

Each Dealer package has a limit of 25Gb per month data transfer and 5Gb of vehicle photo storage. In a unlikely scenario that these limits are exceeded we have the right to increase your support fee.  FTP access can be given to the dealer to back up the vehicle photo directory; access to the package system files is not permitted.
